Frozen product. Once defrosted, cook, and consume within 3-4 days.
Preheat the oven to 180C. Once thawed, remove the potatoes from the bag (get rid of excess water if any), cross the top of the potatoes (as per the picture) and squeeze the bottom to open them up. Place on a baking dish in your preheated oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until brown.
