Our Kangaroo Meatballs are a great alternative to traditional meat balls, Kangaroo meat is also much leaner than beef. Aunty Beryl and Chef Sebastien have elevated the recipe with the addition of Bush Tomato Chutney which adds a remarkable caramel & spicy flavour and Saltbush which brings a salty & earthy note to the dish. Preparation, cooking and serving instructions
Frozen product. To defrost, put in the fridge for 24 hours. Once defrosted, reheat, and consume within 48 hours.
To reheat, empty into a saucepan and place over a gentle heat, stirring occasionally until piping hot, alternatively you can empty into a microwave-safe container and heat for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until piping hot.
Best served with spaghetti or tagliatelle, and sprinkled with some grated parmesan and some fresh basil.
