Description

Introducing our Garlic Pork Chops with Creamy Mushroom Sauce, a culinary delight that marries the robust flavours of tender pork with the earthy undertones of mushrooms. Each chop is delicately infused with garlic and baked to perfection in our kitchen, not a factory.

The pièce de résistance? A velvety mushroom sauce that's lovingly simmered with cream, onions, and a splash of white wine. Each ingredient is handpicked for its quality and contributes to the overall symphony of flavours.

And the magic doesn't stop there. We've added a sprinkle of fresh parsley, paprika, and mixed herbs, along with a hint of fresh thyme. This blend of herbs and spices infuses the dish with a depth of flavour that's sure to tantalise your taste buds.

Remember, each meal is cooked from scratch in small batches, ensuring every bite you take is as good as the last. And for your convenience, we snap-freeze our meals to seal in the freshness and quality. So, whether you're a busy parent or an on-the-go professional, you can enjoy a top-notch meal without the stress of cooking.

Pair this dish with some roasted veggies or a crisp green salad for a balanced meal that's both comforting and satisfying. Bon appétit!

How to cook & serve

Frozen product. The dish must be defrosted before reheating.

To defrost, place in the fridge for 24 hours.

Once defrosted, reheat and consume within 2–3 days.

Pan:

From Frozen: Tip: If you didn't have time to defrost in the fridge, carefully place the bags into some hot water from the kettle for a few minutes.

From Thawed: It is recommended to warm the dish up in a hot pan. Reheat the meat for 1-2 min on each side without the sauce. Then add the sauce and simmer until the sauce is bubbling. You can regularly baste the meat with sauce to ensure it remains moist. Given the nature of the cut we use, you may find some small bones.

Serving suggestion:

Frequently asked questions

Are the meals frozen?

Absolutely. We snap‑freeze within minutes of cooking so nutrients, texture and flavour stay locked in—no preservatives needed. This is the guarantee of delicious and nutritious meals.

How long will they last in my freezer?

Up to 5-6  months after delivery. Each label shows an Expiry Date; most families finish their favourites long before that!

Oven temperatures: Fan-forced vs. Conventional

All our oven reheating instructions are for fan‑forced ovens that’s the setting most Aussie households use.

  • Using a conventional (top‑and‑bottom) oven? Simply add 10 °C or allow an extra 5–10 minutes to reach the same result.

  • Unsure which oven you have? If your oven symbol shows a little fan, it’s fan‑forced. No fan means conventional.
Whichever mode you choose, always heat until the food is piping hot (above 75 °C) before serving.

How do I prepare the meals at home?

How do I prepare them?
Each product label describes the best method for the dish—choose oven, air‑fryer or saucepan for best results.

  • Oven / Air‑fryer (bakes, pies, lasagnes, quiches, pastries) – 30‑35 min at 180‑200 °C until piping hot and golden if reheated from thawed.

  • Saucepan (curries, stews, soups, sauces) – defrost pack, then warm gently 8‑10 min over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

  • Microwave only for single‑serve meals when you’re truly short on time; 6‑8 min on medium‑high from frozen or 2-3min from thawed. We don’t recommend it for most dishes because rapid heating can dry the food and dull its flavour.

How long will the meals last in the fridge?

We deliver everything frozen for maximum freshness, so keep meals in the freezer until the day before you want them. Once thawed in the fridge (below 5 °C), you can keep them up to 2 / 3 days maximum.

Never refreeze a meal that's been thawed and always check the Expiry Date on the label for dish-specific guidance.

Do you cater for special diets?
Yes. On the main menu page, you'll find filters for gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, vegan, and low-calorie meals. Please be aware that due to our single kitchen environment, trace amounts of allergens may be present.
I have allergies - can I trust the labels?

Yes. Full ingredient and allergen lists are printed on pack and online. Email us if you need extra detail.

Is your meat halal?

All our chicken, beef and lamb are sourced from halal‑certified suppliers. Meals themselves are not certified, as our kitchen is not a halal certified.

What about sodium, sugar or macros?

Nutrition panels for every dish are on each product page and dish label. We stick to home‑style seasoning—no hidden MSG, no artificial sweeteners, no preservatives or other nasties.

Why frozen over "fresh chilled"

Freezing offers a preservative-free method of conservation and, when performed correctly, is also a gentle process for the product, so you can enjoy conveniently delicious, nutritious and preservatives free meals.
