Our Story

Delidoor was established in 2020 by two French born Aussie Mathieu and Jacques in Sydney.

Delidoor's mission is to make premium food available to everyone while minimising food impact on the environment.

We pride ourselves in cooking real food in our central kitchen in Stanmore. We don't use nasties such as preservative, emulsifiers or other food "enhancer".

We believe in making a positive impact in people life by offering affordable healthy and tasty meals as well as groceries and essentials with minimum environmental impact.

The Team

Mathieu

Mathieu is not new to the food industry being the founder of the successful franchise Délisse. Délisse brings fresh, healthy and tasty food to people on the go whether they are corporate workers or shoppers in a highly convenient format. With Délidoor mathieu is applying the same concept of quality, taste and convenience to the grocery shopping market.

Jacques

Jacques is an entrepreneur with a passion for sustainable development. After a successful corporate career Jacques decided to take risks and launched several startups and a carbon footprint consultancy firm. All these experiences are key for the success of Délidoor in delivering to Aussies high quality products sourced directly from local Australian producers and minimising our total carbon footprint.

Dave

Dave is our chef and kitchen manager.

Dave has been working with Mathieu as the Délisse chef for a few years and is very excited to take on the challenge of designing and developing an extensive range of prepared meals taking inspiration from aussie favourites to French, Italian, Mexican, Indian and Asian cuisines and many more.

Frank

Frank is a legend within the Flemington produce market community and one of the best Fruit and Veg buyer in the city having learned the trade with his father.

Franck has been working with Mathieu for years sourcing fruit and vegetables for the Délisse stores. Today Frank has the critical mission to source the fruits and vegetables you buy on the platform or the ones used to make our delicious Délidoor meals.
