To understand what Aligot is you need to visualise the result of potato puree mating with a cheese fondue. It is a world renowned dish from the Auvergne region in South of France.  We guarantee that sharing an Aligot with family and friends is an amazing experience, it is absolutely divine. 440g serves 2.

Preparation, cooking and serving instructions

Frozen product. Once defrosted, cook, and consume within 3-4 days.

The Aligot needs to be perfectly defrosted before reheating. It needs to be reheated at the last minute before serving. Once reheated serve straight away. If you wait you will loose the cheese stretching effect.

To reheat, place in a non stick pot and reheat slowly, constantly lifting and stretching the Aligot with a wooden spoon until super hot and stretchy. Serve straight away.
