Jacket Potatoes with Mexican Beans

Comfort food at its best, our jacket potatoes comes with a Mexican Beans topping. 4 large potatoes, 1500g, serves 4.

Preparation, cooking and serving instructions

Frozen product. Once defrosted, cook, and consume within 3-4 days.

For the potatoes : from thawed, preheat the oven to 160C, remove the lid and place in your preheated oven and bake the potatoes for 10-15 minutes.

For the Mexican Beans: from thawed, gently pour the contents of the bag into a saucepan and warm slowly over medium heat until gently bubbling and warmed through.

To serve, pour the beans onto the potatoes.
