Jacket Potatoes with Mexican pulled pork topping

Comfort food at its best, our jacket potatoes come with a Mexican style Pulled Pork topping. 4 large potatoes, serves 4.

Preparation, cooking and serving instructions

Frozen product. Once defrosted, cook, and consume within 3-4 days.

For the potatoes : from thawed, preheat the oven to 160C, remove the lid and place in your preheated oven and bake the potatoes for 10-15 minutes.

For the Pulled Pork: from thawed, heat for 2.5 minutes each or until hot.

To serve, pour the pork onto the potatoes.
