Our take on this classic Caribbean seasoning contains allspice, garlic powder, onion powder, cloves, nutmeg, cumin... The result is always an earthy, sweet, and spicy blend of exotic flavours. Our jerk Chicken comes with coconut rice and mixed beans. Min 700g, serves 2.

Preparation, cooking and serving instructions

Frozen product. To defrost place the bag in the fridge for at least 24 hours. Once defrosted, cook, and consume within 48 hours. 

Preheat your oven at 170C. Tip the contents of the bag into an oven-proof dish and reheat for approximately 15 minutes until the chicken is warmed through.

You can also reheat for 2-3 minute in the microwave.  

If you have you can sprinkle the chicken with some coconut powder.

Caribbean first time!

Wasn't sure what to expect never having eaten Caribbean previously. Plentiful and flavoursome. Rice was especially good. Plenty of chicken. I am just not sure about Caribbean cooking, that's all. Dont read into this, go ahead and try it!

Not so good

Not as tasty as i hoped. Chicken was tender, but all a bit bland. Won't order this again
