Monday night: A Thai Green curry, add your own rice

Wednesday night: A Traditional Indian Lentil Dahl

Friday night: Celebrate the start of the weekend with a Duck Confit with Wild Mushroom sauce and some Roasted Kiplfer Potatoes. Finish off with Tarte Tatin for dessert

Saturday night: A Cheesy Tartiflette for 2 and a Chocolate Fondant for dessert. 

Preparation, cooking and serving instructions

Thai Green Chicken Curry, serves 2

Frozen product. To defrost, put in the fridge for 24 hours. Once defrosted, reheat, and consume within 48 hours. 

Once defrosted, give the bag a good shake to homogenise the sauce. Empty into a saucepan and place over a gentle heat, stirring occasionally, till piping hot.  Alternatively you can empty contents into a microwave-safe container, and heat for 2-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until piping hot.

Serve with rice, and thai basil. You can also squeeze some lime juice for freshness and sourness.

Lentil Dahl, serves 2

Frozen product. To defrost, put it in the fridge for 24 hours. Once defrosted, reheat, and consume within 48 hours.

Heat up in a saucepan until hot or place in a microwave for 2 -3 minutes.

Duck Confit with Wild Mushroom Sauce, 2 persons

Frozen product. To defrost, put in the fridge for 24 hours. Once defrosted, heat, and consume within 48 hours.  

Heat up your oven to 180C, transfer the thawed duck legs, skin side up, and the potatoes into an oven-proof tray. Reheat for 20 min or until crispy.

Reheat the sauce gently in a sauce pan until it boils.

Pour the sauce on the duck. 

Roasted Garlic & Rosemary Kipfler Potatoes, 2 serves

Frozen product. To defrost place the bags in the fridge for at least 24 hours. Once defrosted, reheat, and consume within 48 hours. 

Preheat your oven to 200C. Bake the potatoes for 10-12 minutes.

Tartiflette, serves 2

Frozen product. To defrost, put in the fridge for 24 hours.  Once defrosted, cook, and consume within 48 hours.  

Heat up your oven to 160C, reheat the Tartiflette for 15 min until the cheese melts and bubbles.

Tarte Tatin, serves 2

Frozen product. 

From thawed, preheat your oven at 180 degrees and place your Tarte Tatin for 10 to 15min.

It can be served with Vanilla ice cream.

Chocolate Fondant, serves 2

Frozen product. To heat the fondant and achieve a perfect gooey effect, place the frozen fondant in a preheated oven at 180C for 12 min.
