Peri peri is the Swahili word for ‘pepper pepper’. From Portuguese origin and African descent this hot and fiery homemade piri piri sauce adds a delicious bite to the chicken.

Preparation, cooking and serving instructions

Frozen product. To defrost place the bags in the fridge for at least 24 hours. Once defrosted, cook, and consume within 48 hours. 

Please note: this product contains raw chicken and should be fully cooked before consumption. Cook the chicken on your pre-heated BBQ.

This is a great dish - on a fresh bread roll, with a salary, with chips and peri peri.

Large portion, well presented but Peri Peri sauce very mild so dish was bland.
