Peri peri is the Swahili word for ‘pepper pepper’. From Portuguese origin and African descent this hot and fiery homemade piri piri sauce adds a delicious bite to the chicken.
Preparation, cooking and serving instructions
Frozen product. To defrost place the bags in the fridge for at least 24 hours. Once defrosted, cook, and consume within 48 hours.
Please note: this product contains raw chicken and should be fully cooked before consumption. Place the chicken in the pre-heated BBQ or 200C oven on a baking paper sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until juice runs clear
