San Choy Bow are arguably the ultimate “just happens to be healthy” food in the whole wide world. Pork mince, loads of hidden crunchy vegetables in a tasty savoury brown sauce, simply wrap in some fresh lettuce and enjoy!.  250g serves 2 as a main, or serves 3-4 as a starter. 

Preparation, cooking and serving instructions

Frozen product. To defrost put in the fridge for 24 hours. Once defrosted, reheat, and consume within 48 hours. 

Once defrosted, give the bag a good shake to homogenise the sauce. Empty into a saucepan and place over a gentle heat, stirring occasionally till piping hot.  Alternatively you can place contents into a microwave-safe container and heat for 2-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until piping hot.

Serve wrapped in lettuce or with rice. You can also squeeze some lime juice for freshness and sourness.

I enjoyed this meal very much. Sauce tasted great. Far more delicious than I tried it elsewhere before. Definitely worth trying!
