Preparation, cooking and serving instructions

Frozen product. Once defrosted, cook, and consume within 48 hours. Separate the fish from the pea mash and vegetables. Preheat oven to 220 degrees. Place fish in oven for 10 minutes or until hot and crispy. Place pea mash and vegetables in microwave and heat for 2.5 minutes or until hot.
