Pork Tenderloin with Porcini Sauce, 3-4 persons

The Pork Tenderloin is the the most tender cut of pork, it is also the one that needs the most attention when cooking so it does not dry. Chef Sebastien is slow cooking our Tenderloins sous-vide which ensures that all the moisture is locked in.

Pork Tenderloins are super tender but they need a great sauce to elevate them.  Our Pork Roast has been paired with a home made Porcini sauce and our Honey Roasted Vegetables. 800g.

Preparation, cooking and serving instructions

Raw product, cook before serving.

Preheat your oven at 200 deg.

In a hot pan, sear the pork fillet 2 minutes each sides until golden/brown.

Place the fillet and the veggies in a baking dish and bake for 12-15 minutes. Let it rest for 5-10 minutes. 

Pour the mushroom sauce in a sauce pan and reheat gently for a few minutes until bubbling.
