Co-payment of 30%

As an eligible Home Care Package recipient, you will contribute to 30% of the cost of the food paid at the time the order is placed online or over the phone.

Délidoor will take care of invoicing directly your Home Care Package provider the remaining 70% covering the cost of meal preparation, delivery fees and administration fees (if applicable).

How do I register Delidoor as my food provider with my Home Care Plan Provider?
  1. Complete our one-minute registration form or call us or ask your care manager to contact us (02 8552 2850 or hello@delidoor.com.au).
  2. We email a supplier agreement to your provider for approval.
  3. Once approved, we will onboard you and your co-payment split is activated.
  4. You can start ordering immediately.
What portion of my order does the provider pay?

Your provider is invoiced for 70 %, covering food preparation and delivery. You never need to chase paperwork—we handle the split billing and send your provider an itemised invoice each time.

Can my carer or family member order on my behalf?

Definitely. Your nominated carer can order online or by phone using your HCP details. They simply add your Delidoor customer number at checkout and the co-payment split is applied automatically.

Can I place my order over the phone?

Yes. Have your menu handy, call 02 8552 2850, and one of our team will take the order for you, apply your HCP co-payment and schedule delivery. Please note that we charge an admin fee of $7.95 on each order placed over the phone that will be included in the portion charged to your HCP provider. This is to account for the time spent by our staff doing the task.

Do you deliver my area?

We currently service metro and most regional areas in ACT, NSW, QLD, SA, TAS and VIC as well as Perth Metro in WA. Enter your postcode in the cart, at checkout or ask our team by phone; we’ll confirm delivery days for your suburb.

Can I get a paper menu if I prefer to order by phone?

Absolutely. Call us on 02 8552 2850 or email hello@delidoor.com.au and we’ll post a large-print paper menu. Once it arrives, simply phone your selections through and we’ll handle the rest.

How do I know whether Delidoor already partners with my Home Care Package (HCP) provider?

Delidoor is an approved meal partner for 500+ HCP providers across ACT, NSW, QLD, SA, TAS, VIC and WA, and the list keeps growing. When you complete our quick online or phone registration, we’ll show you the current provider list. If your provider isn’t listed, just the alst option in the list ("my provider is not listed") and we will contact them and set everything up for you.

Can I customise each order?

Yes. There are no preset meal plans or minimums—mix and match mains, soups, desserts or snacks as you like. Adjust quantities every time; your selection is 100 % flexible.

Do I have to commit to a lock-in contract?

No lock-in contracts or subscription fees. Order whenever you want—weekly, monthly or just for special occasions.

Is there a delivery fee?

Delivery is free on orders ≥ $120. Orders under $120 incur a $17 flat fee. For HCP recipients, any delivery fee sits inside portion that your provider pays, so it doesn’t increase your co-payment.

Do I have to be home when my order arrives?

Not necessarily. Meals arrive frozen in a wool-insulated, box that keeps food frozen for up to 8 hours. Driver will find a safe spot to leave the box and well send you a photo proof of delivery.

How much will I pay under my Home Care Package?

Your HCP covers up to 70 % of each order (meal preparation + delivery). You pay the remaining 30 % ingredients cost at checkout—for example, $45 on a $150 order.
