Quiche Lorraine

Quiche is a French tart consisting of pastry crust filled with savoury custard and pieces of cheese, meat, seafood or vegetables. The best-known variant is Quiche Lorraine, which includes lardons or bacon. This is a timeless classic.
Preparation, cooking and serving instructions
Frozen product. To defrost, put in the fridge for 24 hours. Once defrosted, reheat, and consume within 2-3 days.
Please note that these cooking instructions are merely a guide as cooking times may vary depending on your oven or air fryer.
In the oven: Remove the quiche from the foil. From defrosted: Preheat the oven to 170°C, then bake for 15 min. From frozen: Preheat the oven to 160°C. Bake for 20-25 minutes, then 5 min at 170°C.
In the air fryer: Remove the quiche from the foil. The dish has to be defrosted to be reheated. Bake for 7-9 min, at 180°C.
If you like the base a bit crunchy, transfer your quiche on baking paper before putting it in the oven/ air fryer.
Serve with a side of green salad.
