Description

Introducing our Greek Style Lemon Roasted Kipfler Potatoes - a delightful dance of flavours that will take your taste buds on a Mediterranean journey. Crafted with care, we start with premium Kipfler potatoes, known for their unique, nutty flavour and firm texture. These are then lovingly tossed with a zesty blend of lemon juice and olive oil, creating a vibrant canvas for our culinary masterpiece.

Adding a little heat and intrigue, we introduce a hint of red chilli. It's not about the spice, but the gentle warmth that it brings to the dish. To this, we add aromatic garlic, a dash of smoky paprika and a sprinkle of earthy cumin. These are all brought together with a pinch of salt and pepper, and just a touch of sugar to balance the flavours.

Then comes the magic. Our skilled chefs roast these ingredients to perfection, allowing each element to shine while creating a harmonious blend of flavours. The result? A dish that is both comforting and exciting, familiar yet exotic.

Remember, these are not just any potatoes. These are Delidoor's Greek Style Lemon Roasted Kipfler Potatoes - cooked from scratch and snap-frozen for your convenience. So why not pair them with a simple grilled fish or chicken for an easy yet impressive dinner? Or enjoy them on their own as a hearty lunch? Either way, they're ready to serve when you are, bringing a touch of Mediterranean sunshine to your table. Bon appétit!

Hard to Beat

These potatoes were a whole new level of flavour. I roasted them for longer than stated to crisp them up, and they were sensational.
A friend who dined with me said they were fabulous - and she's a trained chef.
Will definitely go on my must-order again list of Delidoor faves!

Frequently asked questions

Are the meals frozen?

Absolutely. We snap‑freeze within minutes of cooking so nutrients, texture and flavour stay locked in—no preservatives needed. This is the guarantee of delicious and nutritious meals.

How long will they last in my freezer?

Up to 5-6  months after delivery. Each label shows an Expiry Date; most families finish their favourites long before that!

Oven temperatures: Fan-forced vs. Conventional

All our oven reheating instructions are for fan‑forced ovens that’s the setting most Aussie households use.

  • Using a conventional (top‑and‑bottom) oven? Simply add 10 °C or allow an extra 5–10 minutes to reach the same result.

  • Unsure which oven you have? If your oven symbol shows a little fan, it’s fan‑forced. No fan means conventional.
Whichever mode you choose, always heat until the food is piping hot (above 75 °C) before serving.

How do I prepare the meals at home?

How do I prepare them?
Each product label describes the best method for the dish—choose oven, air‑fryer or saucepan for best results.

  • Oven / Air‑fryer (bakes, pies, lasagnes, quiches, pastries) – 30‑35 min at 180‑200 °C until piping hot and golden if reheated from thawed.

  • Saucepan (curries, stews, soups, sauces) – defrost pack, then warm gently 8‑10 min over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

  • Microwave only for single‑serve meals when you’re truly short on time; 6‑8 min on medium‑high from frozen or 2-3min from thawed. We don’t recommend it for most dishes because rapid heating can dry the food and dull its flavour.

How long will the meals last in the fridge?

We deliver everything frozen for maximum freshness, so keep meals in the freezer until the day before you want them. Once thawed in the fridge (below 5 °C), you can keep them up to 2 / 3 days maximum.

Never refreeze a meal that's been thawed and always check the Expiry Date on the label for dish-specific guidance.

Do you cater for special diets?
Yes. On the main menu page, you'll find filters for gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, vegan, and low-calorie meals. Please be aware that due to our single kitchen environment, trace amounts of allergens may be present.
I have allergies - can I trust the labels?

Yes. Full ingredient and allergen lists are printed on pack and online. Email us if you need extra detail.

Is your meat halal?

All our chicken, beef and lamb are sourced from halal‑certified suppliers. Meals themselves are not certified, as our kitchen is not a halal certified.

What about sodium, sugar or macros?

Nutrition panels for every dish are on each product page and dish label. We stick to home‑style seasoning—no hidden MSG, no artificial sweeteners, no preservatives or other nasties.

Why frozen over "fresh chilled"

Freezing offers a preservative-free method of conservation and, when performed correctly, is also a gentle process for the product, so you can enjoy conveniently delicious, nutritious and preservatives free meals.
