Nothing tastes better than a Roasted Lamb Shank, infused with rosemary and garlic in a rich red wine & tomato gravy. Our Lamb shank is large and weights minimum 550g and will serve 1 to 2 people. Perfect served with Pappardelle, Kipfler Potatoes, Roasted Vegetables or Potato Puree.

Preparation, cooking and serving instructions

Frozen product. Once defrosted, cook, and consume within 48 hours. To defrost place the bags in the fridge for at least 24 hours.

Preheat your oven to 170c.

Place the lamb into an oven proof dish and cover with foil. Bake for approximately 20 minutes until the lamb is warmed through.

You can also reheat in a pot for 15-20 minutes with a lid on. 

Perfect served with Pappardelle, Kipfler Potatoes, Roasted Vegetables or Potato Puree.

Slow cooked lamb at its best!

This was the first dish I tried from DeliDoor, and it was delicious! The lamb was perfectly cooked to be really tender, juicy and full of flavor. It was a lovely cut of meat too. The beetroot side went well, and I preferred it hot. Potion sizes were also good. An impressive start to the DeliDoor experience, I can’t wait to get stuck into the other dishes.
