Garlic and Rosemary Roasted Lamb Shank, serves 1 to 2

Nothing tastes better than a Roasted Lamb Shank, infused with rosemary and garlic in a rich red wine & tomato gravy. Our Lamb shank is large and weighs minimum 550g and will serve 1 to 2 people. Perfect to serve with Pappardelle, Kipfler Potatoes, Roasted Vegetables or Potato Puree.

Preparation, cooking and serving instructions

Frozen product. To defrost, put in the fridge for 24 hours. Once defrosted, reheat, and consume within 48 hours. 

Place the lamb in an oven proof dish and cover with foil.  Place in 170C oven and bake for approximately 20 minutes until the lamb is warmed through.

You can also reheat in a pot for 15-20 minutes with a lid on. 

Perfect served with Pappardelle, Kipfler Potatoes, Roasted Vegetables or Potato Puree.

Lamb shanks

Delicious, a rich and hearty meal for a winter’s night. Fabulous gravy and plenty of it, tender and tasty lamb. We ate it with mashed potato and green beans.

Slow cooked lamb at its best!

This was the first dish I tried from DeliDoor, and it was delicious! The lamb was perfectly cooked to be really tender, juicy and full of flavor. It was a lovely cut of meat too. The beetroot side went well, and I preferred it hot. Potion sizes were also good. An impressive start to the DeliDoor experience, I can’t wait to get stuck into the other dishes.
