Nothing tastes better than a slow-cooked lamb, infused with rosemary and garlic and served with a beetroot, kale and fetta salad.

Preparation, cooking and serving instructions

Frozen product. Once defrosted, cook, and consume within 48 hours. To defrost place the bags in the fridge for at least 24 hours.

Preheat your oven to 170c.

Place the lamb into an oven proof dish. Bake for approximately 10-15 minutes until the lamb is warmed through.

You can also reheat in the microwave for approximatively 2 min.
