How to Have Your NDIS Meals Delivered

With Délidoor, your meals will be delivered to your doorstep and packed to stay frozen until you can place them in your freezer.
Most Délidoor meals are heat-and-eat, and the remaining meals only require basic preparation–perfect for the times you want to enjoy gourmet food and cooking without any hassle.
When you place your order, you will receive a NDIS broken invoice so you claim back the preparation and delivery cost from your provider.
All our meals can be claimed for NDIS rebates, to approved NDIS recipients.
1 - If you are NDIS self managed, you will pay upfront for the full price shown on the website. Simply tick the box "Send me a NDIS invoice" in the cart before you complete your order.
Along with you order confirmation, you will receive a NDIS invoice to claim the preparation and delivery cost portion. This is usually 70% of the total cost of the order, meaning that after being reimbursed by your NDIS provider, you will have just paid 30% of the total fees.
2 - If you are NDIS Plan managed, you will need to register your account with us so you can only pay the cost of preparation and delivery.
In average our meals are around $23 for two portions, so 11.5$ per person. With the 70% rebate, you end up paying $3.45 for a premium meal crafted by our chef and using only fresh ingredients, no additives, preservatives and other nasties.
To be eligible for NDIS meals, your NDIS plan needs to include Home Services and or Daily Activities.

Definitely. You can choose whatever prepared meals you feel like as all our meals can be claimed for the NDIS rebate as long as you are eligible for it.
If you have subscribe to Delidoor Smart, you will receive an email asking you to confirm the meals you want to receive. You are able to change the meals, add more or remove some and change the delivery date.
When you are a NDIS self managed plan, for each order you place, you will need to pay in full and tick the box "Send me a NDIS receipt". Once you have the detailed invoice, you will be able to claim 70% of the total cost of the order that will cover preparation and delivery.
As an average, our meals cost $23 for 2, so $11.5 per person.
With the NDSI rebate, you will be refunded 70% of the cost, ie $8.05. At the end you will have paid only $3.45 for a delicious prepared meal from Délidoor.
Yes, you can basically choose the delivery date you want for your next order, bring it forward or push it backward, no limit. You are in control.
Once the order has been confirmed, the delivery date is fixed. If you need to amend the fixed date, please call us on 1800 344 000 and speak to us so we can amend manually.
No you are not. Whether you are ordering a la Carte or through our subscription offer (Delidoor Smart) you are not locked in a contract. Meaning that you can opt out at any time.
If you are an eligible NDIS recipient managed by a plan manager, you will only pay 30% of the total order cost. This small co-payment covers the cost of ingredients. Delidoor will take care of submitting an invoice to your plan manager for the remaning 70% that covers the cost of preparation and delivery.
If you are self managed NDIS, you will need to pay the full price and then claim back 70% of the total cost of the order.
After you place the order, you will receive in your order confirmation email and invoice with the breakdown (70% / 30%) between preparation + delivery and ingredients. This invoice will be required to claim the NDIS rebate.
