Delivery

Fortunately not. All our meals are delivered frozen in a box insulated with an innovative and sustainable material made of ship wool.
If you are not home, please add some delivery instructions as to where the driver should leave the box. Please be as specific as you can for our driver, so he/she can follow your instructions.

Please leave a delivery note during the checkout process on how to enter the complex (such as a code or buzzer), or where is best to leave your delivery. If you don't provide specific instructions, our drivers will leave your order in, what they believe will be, the safest place possible.

Please note that we don't recommend our customers leaving in a gated complex to be delivered during night time as the driver may not be able to enter the complex and leave the box in a safe place.

Délidoor currently delivers in NSW, ACT, VIC and QLD. Please refer to "Check if we deliver to your area" widget in the top sections of our website by entering your postcode to check if we do deliver your area. Alternatively, you can visit our delivery page here.

We are currently unable to give you an ETA until the day before the delivery. On the nght before the delivery, you will receive a text message with a link to track your delivery. A 2 hours windows will be provided at this time.

Please note that sometimes deliveries can happen up to one hour outside the window chosen.

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, you'll need to do so prior to your delivery area cut-off time.

Yes there is a flat delivery fee of $13 for orders under $120.

 Delivery is free for orders over $120. 

Firstly, we apologise if this happens.

We are currently not setup to have on-site pick-up.

Unfortunately, unless you are in Sydney metro we are currently unable to collect your used cardboard boxes or the insulation materials. Email us at hello@delidoor.com.au if you are in Sydney metro and would like us to collect back the insulation material.

We recommend you to dispose responsibly the packaging. Find out more here in this article (scroll down to the bottom of the page)

We will send a text message to the mobile number listed as the recipient mobile number of the order when the order has been delivered.

Gift Cards

Simply go to https://delidoor.com.au/products/delidoor-gift-cards , select the value of the gift card you want to purchase and checkout.

At the checkout, the system will ask you a postcode and delivery date. Choose any delivery date as you will receive the gift card by email upon payment. However, enter the postcode of the person you are offering the gift card to make sure we deliver the suburb they live in.

Absolutely. You can use multiple gift cards to pay for the same order. Simply enter them one by one during checkout.

Ordering process

All you need to do is browse through our menu of ready to eat meals (prepared meals).

You can add the products directly to the cart, or build a wishlist and add them later. Once you are ready to finish the transaction, head over to the cart (top right corner) and complete your purchase.

You can make payment via credit card on our website or using Apple Pay or Google Pay. Just click on the shopping cart icon on the top right hand corner of the website, and follow the instructions. 

For our A la Carte Offer there here is no lock-in contract or subscription obligation. You buy our products whenever you want.

Our SMART service is a subscription based service where you  ahve the pissiblity to change all the terms of the subsctiption as you go. Change the content, the delivery date, the delivery frequency. We don't use Paypal yet. Paypal can be a bit difficult for small local businesses. Whilst it provides great security for buyers when they purchase something online from overseas, it is very demanding for sellers especially when they are small businesses : 

  • Orders have to be manually confirmed as dispatched and received each time by the seller.
  • Payment is done at least 21 days after purchase.  

Delidoor is using a Shopify platform today which is a very secured platform for online shopping.

Prepared Meals

Délidoor frozen prepared meals have an average 5 months shelf life in the freezer.

Before consumption, always refer to the product label where you will find the "Use By Date". 

Our chefs take the highest care to keep allergy-prone ingredients out of certain meals. However, they may still be present as all of our prepared meals are cooked and produced in our kitchen.

We suggest checking the ingredients list for each meal thoroughly before ordering and consumption. Contact us at hello@delidoor.com.au if you are still unsure.

Our beef and chicken are halal certified. For more information about the certification, please contact us at hello@delidoor.com.au so we can send you the relevant documentation.

Please note that while our meat is halal certified, our meals themselves have not been certified.

It depends on the actual meal. Please refer directly to the instructions displayed on the product label for the best method. .

We currently offer Dairy Free, Gluten Free and Vegan meals, however we are not an allergen-free kitchen. You can filter our meals using the left side fitler and selecting what you want to see.

Please note that most of our meals contain garlic or onion. We recommend to check the ingredients list on each meal page.
