Preparation, cooking and serving instructions

Frozen product. Once defrosted, cook, and consume within 48 hours.

Please note these cooking instructions are merely a guide as different ovens may vary the cooking times. Feel free to cook a little longer if you feel necessary. Our cooking durations may be a little less than needed as we want to avoid any dishes being overcooked or burnt.

From frozen, preheat the oven to 150C, place the casserole in your preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, then turn the oven to 180C and bake for a further 15 minutes until the sauce is starting to bubble over.

From thawed, preheat the oven to 180°C, place the casserole in your pre heated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until the sauce is starting to bubble over.

If you want to test that the inside has warmed through, insert a temperature probe into the middle and check it has reached 75C. If the middle is not warm enough, place it back in the oven for another 5 minutes or until bubbling over. Once you are happy that it is cooked, remove from the oven.

Perfect served with a side of green steamed vegetables, rice or couscous.

100% Top Tasting Dish

Well packaged, although Plastic has a need to be phased out. The taste is excellent.

Delicious chicken dinner

This is a very tasty dish. We have reordered this again as it makes a lovely meal with steamed green and crispy potatoes

Delidoor Chicken leek and Djion Casserole

Sauce was too soupy and bland for my taste. I have some leftovers to which I will boil down the souce and add some djion mustard and cream. May be to my taste then.

A bit disappointed

Was really looking forward to this meal as has all the ingredients I love. Unfortunately it was so salty we could not eat this meal. Tried to tone down the salt by adding milk/cream. Very upsetting as not edible at all. Hope this was a one off where it was too salty. Also the chicken was very tough and chewy.
