Preparation, cooking and serving instructions

Frozen product. To defrost, put in the fridge for 24 hours. Once defrosted, cook, and consume within 48 hours. 

Please note: this product contains raw chicken and should be fully cooked before consumption.

Heat oil in a pan, put the chicken in and fry for a few minutes each side, until golden and cooked through.

This was very nice. Moist and juicy. Serving size is huge.

Very moist. Would love some baking paper or plastic placed between each schnitzel. I cook at a lower heat than with other schnitzels I use so they cook through but dont dry out.
