Chicken Mushroom Quiche

Chicken Mushroom Quiche with all-butter pie crust filled and baked with a mixture of egg, cream, milk, chicken and sautéed mushrooms.  Product delivered frozen.

Preparation, cooking and serving instructions

Frozen product. To defrost, put in the fridge for 24 hours. Once defrosted, reheat, and consume within 48 hours.

If already defrosted, reheat in 170C oven for 15 minutes. 

From frozen, place in 160C oven for 20-25 minutes.

If you like the base a bit crunchy, transfer your quiche on baking paper before to put in the oven.

Serve with a side of green salad.

Chicken mushroom quiche

I enjoy chicken mushroom quiche it was really nice an moist, would be nice if little bit mushroom in it it only put one slice on top, I will order more again 😊👍🏻

Tasty Quiche For Lunch

The Chicken & Mushroom quiche was delightful - a quick heat in the over - it was light and fluffy - pastry was perfect and the whole quiche was very tasty - It was a delicious lunch with some salad on the side.
