Perfect for an impromptu spot of lunchtime entertaining or a gourmet family dinner, our family salmon quiche is made with fresh smoked salmon and packed with flavours. Serves 3-4 with a side. Product delivered frozen.

Preparation, cooking and serving instructions

Frozen product. To defrost, put in the fridge for 24 hours. Once defrosted, reheat, and consume within 48 hours.

If already defrosted, reheat in 180C oven for 10-15 minutes.

From frozen, place in 180C oven for 20-30 minutes. 

If you like the base a bit crunchy, transfer your quiche on baking paper before to put in the oven.

Serve with a side of green salad.

Excellent Quiche

Delicate, creamy and tasting filling in crisp pastry. Definitely bake it out of the case (for a bit longer than recommended) for extra crispiness.

we both love your quiches - they are deliciously tasty - we enjoy a quick heat in the over on high temp to crisp up the base - and either have with some salad, or other veges if a night meal - the quiche lasts us for 4-5 serves easily
