FROZEN: preheat the oven to 150C, remove the lid and place in your pre heated oven and bake for 35 minutes, then turn the oven to 170C and bake for a further 20 minutes until the top is golden brown and the sauce is starting to bubble over.
DEFROSTED: preheat the oven to 170C, remove the lid and place in your preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes until the top is golden brown and the sauce is starting to bubble over.
