Preparation, cooking and serving instructions

To defrost put in the fridge for 24 hours. Once defrosted, consume within 48 hours.

Serve Chilled.

Such an easy and delicious Entree for Xmas lunch. Very delicate flavour. So good with fresh baguette, avocado and lemon.

Great. Made a really good lunch

We all enjoyed eating this on rye with lemon, capers and some goats cheese. Horseradish would have been fine as well
