Nothing beats a dish of beef ravioli for a mid-week family dinner. Our fresh ravioli are prepared with an homemade pasta sauce and can be eaten like this or baked in the oven. 1.2 kg minimum, serves 4.
Preparation, cooking and serving instructions
Frozen product. Once defrosted, cook, and consume within 3-4 days.
On the stove: reheat for 5-10 minutes until the sauce bubbles. Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with grated parmesan and/or fresh basil.
In an oven: Preheat your oven at 180 deg. Place the ravioli in a baking dish, sprinkle with grated cheese like Mozzarella or Pecorino and bake for approximatively 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown.
