Description

Unleash a wave of vibrant Thai flavours at your dinner table with our Thai Marinated Chicken. Our talented chefs have put their culinary savoir-faire into action, marinating tender chicken breast in a symphony of fresh coriander, aromatic onions, and creamy coconut milk. The secret to its tantalizing taste lies in the green curry paste, a medley of chili powder and a hint of *crustaceans*, balanced beautifully with a touch of sugar. Each clove of garlic, every dash of pepper and pinch of salt is carefully measured and added to create a dish that sings with flavour.

As always, our meals are cooked from scratch in small batches to ensure quality and taste are never compromised. The magic then happens when we snap-freeze this Thai masterpiece, locking in all the freshness and flavour for you to enjoy at your convenience.

Pair this delightful dish with a side of steamed jasmine rice or a crisp, cool cucumber salad for a truly satisfying meal. With Delidoor, you're not just eating well, you're dining with a difference. Bon appétit!

How to cook & serve

Frozen product. The dish must be defrosted before reheating.

To defrost, place in the fridge for 24 hours.

Once defrosted, reheat and consume within 2–3 days.

Pan/BBQ:

The meat has to be defrosted before reheating. To defrost, put in the fridge for 24 hours. Once defrosted, cook the chicken on your pre-heated BBQ with oil, or pan-fry in a very hot pan with oil. Tip: If you didn't have time to defrost in the fridge, carefully place the bag into some hot water from the kettle for a few minutes.

Frequently asked questions

Are the meals frozen?

Absolutely. We snap‑freeze within minutes of cooking so nutrients, texture and flavour stay locked in—no preservatives needed. This is the guarantee of delicious and nutritious meals.

How long will they last in my freezer?

Up to 5-6  months after delivery. Each label shows an Expiry Date; most families finish their favourites long before that!

Oven temperatures: Fan-forced vs. Conventional

All our oven reheating instructions are for fan‑forced ovens that’s the setting most Aussie households use.

  • Using a conventional (top‑and‑bottom) oven? Simply add 10 °C or allow an extra 5–10 minutes to reach the same result.

  • Unsure which oven you have? If your oven symbol shows a little fan, it’s fan‑forced. No fan means conventional.
Whichever mode you choose, always heat until the food is piping hot (above 75 °C) before serving.

How do I prepare the meals at home?

How do I prepare them?
Each product label describes the best method for the dish—choose oven, air‑fryer or saucepan for best results.

  • Oven / Air‑fryer (bakes, pies, lasagnes, quiches, pastries) – 30‑35 min at 180‑200 °C until piping hot and golden if reheated from thawed.

  • Saucepan (curries, stews, soups, sauces) – defrost pack, then warm gently 8‑10 min over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

  • Microwave only for single‑serve meals when you’re truly short on time; 6‑8 min on medium‑high from frozen or 2-3min from thawed. We don’t recommend it for most dishes because rapid heating can dry the food and dull its flavour.

How long will the meals last in the fridge?

We deliver everything frozen for maximum freshness, so keep meals in the freezer until the day before you want them. Once thawed in the fridge (below 5 °C), you can keep them up to 2 / 3 days maximum.

Never refreeze a meal that's been thawed and always check the Expiry Date on the label for dish-specific guidance.

Do you cater for special diets?
Yes. On the main menu page, you'll find filters for gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, vegan, and low-calorie meals. Please be aware that due to our single kitchen environment, trace amounts of allergens may be present.
I have allergies - can I trust the labels?

Yes. Full ingredient and allergen lists are printed on pack and online. Email us if you need extra detail.

Is your meat halal?

All our chicken, beef and lamb are sourced from halal‑certified suppliers. Meals themselves are not certified, as our kitchen is not a halal certified.

What about sodium, sugar or macros?

Nutrition panels for every dish are on each product page and dish label. We stick to home‑style seasoning—no hidden MSG, no artificial sweeteners, no preservatives or other nasties.

Why frozen over "fresh chilled"

Freezing offers a preservative-free method of conservation and, when performed correctly, is also a gentle process for the product, so you can enjoy conveniently delicious, nutritious and preservatives free meals.
