Thai Yellow Fish Curry with Basmati Rice

This mild, slightly sweet Thai Yellow Fish Curry is made with a mix of Lemongrass, Galangal, Coriander Seed, Kaffir Lime Peel, Cumin, Cinnamon, Mace, Turmeric and Cardamom. It is a sunshine in a bowl. We prepared ours with Prawns, Fish and Fish Balls, and it is coming with Basmati rice Product delivered frozen. 350g, serves 1.

Preparation, cooking and serving instructions.

Frozen product. To defrost place the tray in the fridge for at least 12 hours. Once defrosted, heat, and consume within 48 hours. The dish can we reheated from frozen, but we recommend reheating from thawed.
From frozen: Peel a corner of the film, about 1 to 2 cm. Microwave for 4-5 minutes or until piping hot. Let it rest for 30 seconds before peeling film completely off.

From defrosted: Peel a corner of the film, about 1 to 2 cm. Microwave for 3-4 minutes or until piping hot. Let it rest for 30 seconds before peeling film completely off.

Heating time based on a 1000W microwave. Microwave ovens vary, adjust timing accordingly.

After reheating the content and the tray itself will be very hot.  Once opened use immediately. DO NOT REHEAT.

The curry is really flavoursome but I don't like the fish balls. Rather a real prawn in place. Hard to get heated all way through unless completely defrosted
