Pumpkin Ravioli with Sage Butter

A combination that's a classic for good reason, pumpkin and sage go so well together. Explosion of Mediterranean flavours guaranteed in 5 minutes. 500g, serves 2.

Preparation, cooking and serving instructions

Frozen product.

Cook the frozen ravioli in boiling water for 3-4 minutes, then drain.

Heat a pan and fry the sauce for 2 minutes until melted. Add the drained ravioli and toss with the sauce.

Plate and add freshly grated Parmesan on top.

Great for a quick meal.. very nice

3 Winners:

We've especially enjoyed the Croque Monsieur - crispy bread, tasty ham, sretchy cheese served warm, a delight. The Cheesecakes with strawberry sauce were smooth and just about the right size portion while the strawberry topping was not too sweet but great strawberry taste. The Madelaines have terrific taste and texture after heating for 4 minutes but we'd like to see a larger version as the current size is a bit on the small side.
