A classic of French comfort food that Delidoor founders grew up with, these Ham and Cheese Savoury Crepes make the perfect quick and delicious mid week dinner or lunch at the office. 2 crepes, 340g, serves 1 to 2.
Preparation, cooking and serving instructions
Frozen product. The dish has to be defrosted before reheating. To defrost, place in the fridge for 24 hours. Once defrosted, reheat, and consume within 2-3 days.
From thawed, preheat the oven to 170°C, place in your preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until the top is golden brown and the sauce is starting to bubble over.
Great served with a side of green salad.
Tip: If you didn’t have time to defrost in the fridge, carefully place the bag into some hot water from the kettle for a few minutes.
