Lamb, Rosemary and Garlic may be the best combination possible. Our marinated lamb rump will be the most incredible lamb rump you have ever had! With rosemary and garlic perfectly balanced in the marinade, it infuses this meat with the most incredible flavour as well as adding a subtle perfume to the dish. Serves 2. 

Preparation, cooking and serving instructions

Frozen product. To defrost, put in the fridge for 24 hours. Once defrosted, cook, and consume within 48 hours.  

Pan or barbecue : 4-5 min on both sides and let it rest for 10 minutes.

The best ever

I brown outside in pan, line oven dish add a little stock cover then slow roast uncover last 10mins, rest 10mins and it falls apart eat with DD best kippler potatoes and salad and I’m in heaven’s must staple to have in the freezer. Restaurant quality dish!!
