No need to introduce this classic of French Brasseries. Our Croque Monsieur are super gourmet and made with slices of seeded rustic bread loaf, off the bone leg ham, home made Béchamel and authentic Swiss Emmental cheese. Product delivered frozen. 400g, serves 1.
Preparation, cooking and serving instructions
Frozen product. To defrost, place in the fridge for 24 hours. Once defrosted, reheat, and consume within 2-3 days.
From frozen: Preheat the oven to 160°C. Bake for 35 minutes, then raise the temperature to 180°C and bake for a further 5 minutes until the top is golden brown.
From thawed: In the oven: Preheat to 180°C, remove the lid, and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown on top. In the air fryer: 10-13 min at 180°C on baking paper.
Great served with a side of green salad.
