Christmas Ham is all about a high-quality ham and a great glazing. At Délidoor we use the best Ham from Zammit. the glazing has been prepared by Chef Sebastien for you to glaze at home. It is perfect a mix of sweet, sour and spicy ingredients. Our Ham will be delivered fresh, vacuum sealed and will have a minimum of 10 days shelf life once delivered.
Preparation, cooking and serving instructions
To prepare it :
- Preheat the oven at 170 degrees
- Put the ham in a deep baking tray with baking paper at the bottom and put in oven on the lowest shelf.
- Pour the glaze on top of the ham
- From there baste the ham with the glaze every 20 min for 60 to 90 minutes.
