Family Beef Ravioli & Tomato Sauce

Nothing beats a dish of beef ravioli for a mid-week family dinner. Our fresh ravioli are prepared with an homemade pasta sauce and can be eaten like this or baked in the oven. 1.2 kg minimum, serves 4.
Preparation, cooking and serving instructions
Frozen product. The dish has to be defrosted before reheating. To defrost, place in the fridge for 24 hours. Once defrosted, reheat, and consume within 2-3 days.
On the stove: reheat for 5-10 minutes until the sauce bubbles. Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with grated parmesan and/or fresh basil.
In an oven: Preheat your oven at 180°C. Place the ravioli in a baking dish, sprinkle with grated cheese like Mozzarella or Pecorino and bake for approximatively 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown.
Tip: If you didn't have time to defrost in the fridge, carefully place the bag into some hot water from the kettle for a few minutes.
