Pork Tenderloin with Porcini Sauce, serves 3-4

$45.00

The Pork Tenderloin is the most tender cut of pork, it is also the one that needs the most attention when cooking so it does not dry.

Pork Tenderloins are super tender, but they need a great sauce to elevate them. Our Pork Roast has been paired with a homemade Porcini sauce and our Honey Roasted Vegetables. 800g.

Preparation, cooking and serving instructions

Raw product, cook before serving.

Preheat your oven at 200 deg.

In a hot pan, sear the pork fillet 2 minutes each side until golden/brown.

Place the fillet and the veggies in a baking dish and bake for 12-15 minutes. Let it rest for 5-10 minutes.

Pour the mushroom sauce in a saucepan and reheat gently for a few minutes until bubbling.

Delicious!

A lovely combination of flavours from the beautifully marinated pork fillet and the porcine mushroom sauce accompanied by tasty honey roasted vegetables. Two quite large chunks of pork fillet have already provided me with two meals and I should still have enough left to reheat for two more.
Excellent!

Superb! Just like we were eating a restaurant quality meal. It was prepared as per oven instructions and not too hard to make. Whole family enjoyed it.

Lovely meal

The flavor combinations are delicious. Served as suggested with the honey roasted vegetables, albeit with an extra drizzle oh honey. Added some broccolini to round off tne meal. Yummy.

Superb meal!

This dish requires just a little more effort but is very doable and restaurant quality. Accidentally omitted sauce was hand-delivered to our home within a short time. Great service!
