Nicest quiche I have ever had!

The filling is perfect, the pastry is amazing.
The whole thing is buttery and well seasoned.
And no sign of the stodgy pastry that is a hallmark of most bought quiche.
Highly recommend this. Order an extra one, because you will feel resentful when it's all gone :)
