Traditional Moroccan Chicken Tajine with Couscous
$17.00
Tajine is one of the most popular meat dishes in the Moroccan cuisine. It takes its name from the traditional clay or ceramic dish it’s traditionally cooked in. Inside, you will find an hearty and savoury slow-cooked stew of chicken with vegetables, flavoured by preserved lemons and a balanced blend of spices and herbs. Add dried fruits and nuts if you wish. Cooked by Chef Sebastien, the meat and the vegetables come out soft, tender and infused with bold flavour. 400g, serves 1.

From frozen: Peel a corner of the film, about 1 to 2 cm. Microwave for 6-7 minutes or until piping hot. Let it rest for 30 seconds before peeling the film completely off.
