Vegetable Tian with Honey & Goat Cheese, serves 2

$30.00

A Tian is a traditional baking dish used in Provence, it is also the names of the dishes made using this dish. Our take on the Tian is basically a vegetables stack covered with a Honey and Goat Cheese Gratin. This perfect combination makes a beautiful entrée or a main for our vegetarian friends. 700g

Preparation, cooking and serving instructions

Defrost in the fridge for 24 hours.

Preheat your oven at 180 deg.

Superb flavours

My vegetarian loved the goats cheese and creamy top. I (meat eater) would have been happy with this alone.

Very good

Delicious and got rave reviews from our Christmas Day guests. Loved being able to pop it in the oven and have a high quality side ready with no effort. More a 4 serve than a 2 serve side.

For Real?

Holy heck this was outstanding!
The vegetable combination really complimented itself. And the cheese /honey element addition was genius!
Leftovers included blended to make a pasta sauce!
