Chicken Provencal with Ratatouille Vegetables

The flavours are bold in our Chicken Provençal, a Southern French style braise with a sauce of tomatoes, garlic, Provence herbs and olives, cooked with ratatouille style vegetables. 

Best serve with rice or Kipfler Potatoes. Min 650g, serves 2.

Preparation, cooking and serving instruction

Frozen product. To defrost, place in the fridge for 24 hours. Once defrosted, reheat, and consume within 2-3 days.

From frozen: Carefully place the bag into some boiling water from the kettle to thaw the outside so the soup can release from the bag. Gently pour into a saucepan, and heat slowly over low heat for approximately 15 mins or until it is warmed through and gently simmering.

From thawed: Gently pour the content into a saucepan and warm slowly over medium heat until bubbling and warmed through.
