Oven baked Garlic Pork Chops with a Creamy Mushroom Sauce. Product delivered frozen. 500g, 2 serves.

Preparation, cooking and serving instructions

Frozen product. To defrost, put in the fridge for 24 hours. Once defrosted, cook, and consume within 48 hours. 

It is recommended to warm the dish up in a hot pan.  In a hot pan, reheat the meat for 1-2 min on each side without the sauce. Then add the sauce and simmer until the sauce is bubbling. You can regularly baste the meat with sauce to ensure it remains moist.

Given the nature of the cut we use, you may find some small bones. 

Best served with Roast potatoes or Mediterranean veggies.

Great dish

I really enjoyed this dish, bought it a second time. Loved the sauce which is perfect for dipping your potatoes in. Pork was good as well as the portion size. As a single person I got two full meals from it.
