Preparation, cooking and serving instructions

Frozen product. To defrost place the bags in the fridge for at least 24 hours. Once defrosted, reheat, and consume within 48 hours. 

It is recommended to reheat in a 170C oven.  Place the contents into an oven proof dish and bake for approximately 20 minutes until the falafel are warmed through. 

Serve with Tzatziki or hummus dip.

Great vege meal

Falafels were large and tasty. We really enjoyed this dish.

Absolutely delicious ...just the right amount of spice and with the roasted vegetables made it a perfect meal...I didn't bother baking them, after thawed I just microwave for a few seconds...still m maintained crispness...

Unfortunately the falafals were dry and crumbled when cut into. The vegetables were delicious

Great falafels

The falafels were excellent, not dry or too dense at all like most of them could be. Roasted vegetables were also really nice. Overall it was a very nice and healthy meal to have with my husband.
