Roti are traditional flat bread, the difference to a Naan is that a Roti are unleavened. They are perfect to soak up the leftover sauce, or if you’re like me, scoop up the whole meal. 2*100g, serves 2.
Preparation, cooking and serving instructions
Frozen product. Defrost before baking, leave them to defrost in the bag to avoid the roti to dry. To defrost, place in the fridge for 24 hours.
Once defrosted, bake, and consume within 24 hours.
Before baking remove the plastic sheets. To bake, place the roti on a very hot non stick dry frying pan flipping 2 or 3 times until puffed and brown.
