Perfect for an impromptu spot of lunchtime entertaining or a gourmet family dinner, our family salmon quiche is made with fresh smoked salmon and packed with flavours. Product delivered frozen.

Preparation, cooking and serving instructions

Frozen product. To defrost, put in the fridge for 24 hours. Once defrosted, reheat, and consume within 48 hours.

Reheat in 170C oven for 7-10 minutes.

From frozen, place in 160C oven for 15-20 minutes.

If you like the base a bit crunchy, transfer your tarte on baking paper before to put in the oven.

Serve with a side of green salad.

Great take on the regular Quiche

Just loved this! Simple easy dinner with all the health benefits of the salmon eggs etc. Added some stir fried broccoli and sugar loaf cabbage as a side and voila! Delicious.Highly recommend.

Melt in the mouth sensation

This was the most delicious quiche, crisp pastry and soft creamy filling, Loads of flavour , a real taste sensation.
Cooked mine in the airfryer but this only works if heating up a portion as a whole one wouldn't fit.

Yummy, but not really 'family' sized

My husband, I and our 14 year old had this last night, while the 16 year old was at work - as I knew it wouldn't be enough for the four of us. It would be fine for a family of 4 with little kids, but even with salad and chips, the 14 year old could have eaten half (well, the whole thing TBH) on his own. Giving it 5 stars cos it's Damn delicious!! Would love it to be larger (and would be happy to pay a bit more, as getting two starts to get a bit too pricey).
