This delicious eggplant, spinach, pumpkin and mushroom lasagna is the ideal family meal everyone will enjoy. Product delivered frozen. 750g serves 2
Preparation, cooking and serving instructions:
Frozen product. To defrost, place in the fridge for 24 hours. Once defrosted, reheat, and consume within 2-3 days.
Please note these cooking instructions are merely a guide as different ovens may vary the cooking times. Feel free to cook a little longer if you feel necessary.
From frozen: Preheat the oven to 150°C. Remove the lid and bake in your preheated oven for 35 minutes. Then, bake for a further 20 minutes at 180°C until the top is golden brown and the sauce is starting to bubble over.
From thawed: Preheat the oven to 180°C. Remove the lid and bake in your preheated oven for 40 minutes until the top is golden brown and the sauce is starting to bubble over.
Let the lasagna rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
Great served with a side of green salad.
