Soupe de Poisson (Fish Soup)

French Classic at its best, our fish soup boasts flavour of fish and seafood complemented with Provencal herbs and garlic. Perfect as a light main or an entrée. Serves 2     

Preparation, cooking and serving instructions

From frozen, carefully place the bag into some boiling water from the kettle to thaw the outside so the soup can release from the bag. Gently pour into a saucepan, and heat slowly over low heat for approximately 15 mins or until it is warmed through and gently simmering. 

From thawed, gently pour the contents into a saucepan and warm slowly over medium heat until gently bubbling and warmed through.

Fish Soup

We enjoyed this dish. The flavour was great. Only one criticism and that is that one of the mussels failed to open. We would definitely order this again.

Exactly what I needed after a long day at work, perfect amount of seafood, actually got 3 serves out of it! Just added fresh parsley and a drizzle of truffle oil. Wish I could post a pic as it was magnificent! Will become a staple in my freezer that's for sure.
