On a warm Sydney evening, sitting on the deck it wasn’t hard to imagine the south of France (anywhere). This ‘soupe’ is both flavoursome and delicious… I cheated and added extra prawns and scallops to beef it up a little and I served it adding a dollop of sour cream and chopped chives and parsley. A warm crusty baguette to mop up the residue et voilá … a taste of the south of France.
