French Classic at its best, our fish soup boasts flavour of fish and seafood complemented with Provencal herbs and garlic. Perfect as a light main or an entrée. Serves 2.  

Preparation, cooking and serving instructions

Frozen product. Once defrosted, heat through, and consume within 2-3 days.

From frozen, carefully place the bag into some boiling water from the kettle to thaw the outside so the soup can release from the bag. Gently pour into a saucepan, and heat slowly over low heat for approximately 15 mins or until it is warmed through and gently simmering. 

From thawed, gently pour the contents into a saucepan and warm slowly over medium heat until gently bubbling and warmed through.

Delicious but would be enhanced by a few scallops to become seafood chowder.

Wonderful soup

Being English I'm not big on fish soup, however I love this soup. I love the spices in it and feel there is plenty of seafood. On one occasion I added extra prawns but that made it too much.
