With rosemary and garlic perfectly balanced in the marinade, it infuses this meat with the most incredible flavour as well as adding a subtle perfume to the dish. Serves 2.
Preparation, cooking and serving instructions:
Frozen product. The dish has to be defrosted before reheating. To defrost, place in the fridge for 24 hours. Once defrosted, reheat, and consume within 2-3 days.
Pan or BBQ: 4-5 min on both sides and let it rest for 10 minutes.
