No need to present this French Classic Vegetables Stew, full of flavours from Provence, perfect as a side dish for any BBQ meat or as a light main meal. 400g, serves 2.
Preparation, cooking and serving instructions:
Frozen product. Defrost before reheating. To defrost, put in the fridge for 24 hours. Once defrosted, reheat and consume within 2-3 days.
To reheat place in a pot and simmer for a few minutes until hot, or place in the microwave for 2 minutes, stirring after one minute.
Tip: If you didn’t have time to defrost in the fridge, carefully place the bag into some hot water from the kettle for a few minutes.
