Preparation, cooking and serving instructions
Frozen product. Defrost before reheating. To defrost place in fridge for 24 hours. Once defrosted, reheat, and consume within 2-3 days.
Preheat your oven to 170°C. Bake the vegetables for 4-7 minutes. Alternatively you can also reheat in the microwave-safe dish for 2 min even if oven baking remain the preferred option.
Tip: If you didn’t have time to defrost in the fridge, carefully place the bag into some hot water from the kettle for a few minutes.
