Description

Unveil the magic of home-style cooking with our Sauce for Pasta Aglio e Olio with Chorizo. This isn't your run-of-the-mill pasta sauce. It's a symphony of flavours, lovingly cooked from scratch in small batches by our dedicated chefs.

At the heart of this dish is the robust and smoky Chorizo, its richness beautifully balanced by the sweetness of caramelised onions. But the real secret lies in the golden olive oil, infused with the heat of red chillies and the aromatic allure of fresh basil, parsley, and oregano. Each spoonful is a testament to our commitment to quality and taste, with a hint of pepper and mixed herbs to elevate the flavour even further.

Remember, this is no ordinary frozen meal. It's a culinary experience, snap-frozen at the peak of freshness to lock in all that goodness. Just warm it up, toss it with your favourite pasta, and voila! You have a meal that's as comforting as it is convenient.

So why not give yourself a break from the kitchen tonight? With Delidoor, you can enjoy the luxury of a scratch-cooked meal without lifting a finger. Bon appétit!

To defrost, place in the fridge for 24 hours.

Once defrosted, reheat and consume within 2–3 days.

Sauce Pan:

From Frozen: Carefully place the bag into some hot water for a few minutes if you didn't have time to defrost in the fridge.

Frequently asked questions

Are the meals frozen?

Absolutely. We snap‑freeze within minutes of cooking so nutrients, texture and flavour stay locked in—no preservatives needed. This is the guarantee of delicious and nutritious meals.

How long will they last in my freezer?

Up to 5-6  months after delivery. Each label shows an Expiry Date; most families finish their favourites long before that!

Oven temperatures: Fan-forced vs. Conventional

All our oven reheating instructions are for fan‑forced ovens that’s the setting most Aussie households use.

  • Using a conventional (top‑and‑bottom) oven? Simply add 10 °C or allow an extra 5–10 minutes to reach the same result.

  • Unsure which oven you have? If your oven symbol shows a little fan, it’s fan‑forced. No fan means conventional.
Whichever mode you choose, always heat until the food is piping hot (above 75 °C) before serving.

How do I prepare the meals at home?

How do I prepare them?
Each product label describes the best method for the dish—choose oven, air‑fryer or saucepan for best results.

  • Oven / Air‑fryer (bakes, pies, lasagnes, quiches, pastries) – 30‑35 min at 180‑200 °C until piping hot and golden if reheated from thawed.

  • Saucepan (curries, stews, soups, sauces) – defrost pack, then warm gently 8‑10 min over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

  • Microwave only for single‑serve meals when you’re truly short on time; 6‑8 min on medium‑high from frozen or 2-3min from thawed. We don’t recommend it for most dishes because rapid heating can dry the food and dull its flavour.

How long will the meals last in the fridge?

We deliver everything frozen for maximum freshness, so keep meals in the freezer until the day before you want them. Once thawed in the fridge (below 5 °C), you can keep them up to 2 / 3 days maximum.

Never refreeze a meal that's been thawed and always check the Expiry Date on the label for dish-specific guidance.

Do you cater for special diets?
Yes. On the main menu page, you'll find filters for gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, vegan, and low-calorie meals. Please be aware that due to our single kitchen environment, trace amounts of allergens may be present.
I have allergies - can I trust the labels?

Yes. Full ingredient and allergen lists are printed on pack and online. Email us if you need extra detail.

Is your meat halal?

All our chicken, beef and lamb are sourced from halal‑certified suppliers. Meals themselves are not certified, as our kitchen is not a halal certified.

What about sodium, sugar or macros?

Nutrition panels for every dish are on each product page and dish label. We stick to home‑style seasoning—no hidden MSG, no artificial sweeteners, no preservatives or other nasties.

Why frozen over "fresh chilled"

Freezing offers a preservative-free method of conservation and, when performed correctly, is also a gentle process for the product, so you can enjoy conveniently delicious, nutritious and preservatives free meals.
